Wow,
And alas. The people at LOCOG that have served the UK so very well over the past few years are calling it a day.
On their email mailing list anyway.
The London Olympics and Paralympics were fantastic, brilliant events.
My memories of the Swimming an Archery will be with me my whole life.
The Games Makers and other staff made our time at the Olympics, well Olympian.
Many, many more memories created from watching events online or on TV.
Even listening on the radio whilst on my way to work.
So from me personally, thank you everyone who’s been involved.
Everyone.
You all deserve gold medals.
The London 2012 site remains up and running so enjoy some of those many, many memories.
