Sony has announced in it’s official PSN blog the initial measures for both getting the services back online and increasing security.
- Changing password will be enforced via a compulsory system update.
- Password update can only be done via registered system (or registered email address).
- Additional firewalls and other measures being implemented.
Also several Welcome Back packs are to be available; some free content and some 30 day free packs.
