Don’t want to be constantly checking Faebook?
Then configure Notifications!

Facebook Notifications:

You can ask Facebook to forward interactions to your mailbox or mobile SMS.
Assuming you’ve registered a mobile number that is.
Accessible from the Account Settings, under the down arrow in the top right corner, is Notifications.

Notification Settings:

Here you have a huge choice of options on what Facebook sends to you.

Digest:

The first option you may see is the option to have notifications sort of rolled up into large updates, less often.

Select this if you are likely to poke around on Facebook a lot but very irregularly.

Options within Option:

Indeed the resultant table is is huge, so I won’t cover them all here today.
But you can easily and quickly winkle it down to what you think is fitting and appropriate.
