Apple’s free Christmas gifts continue… this time with a music video
The penultimate gift is from One Direction called Little Things.
One Direction aren’t my cup-of-tea but they are one of the most popular groups around at the moment.
The lyrics are fairly so-so (it’s a love song so that’s often the case). What sets it apart is the song’s technical construction. The song is revealed as a series of duets between band members (cunningly hiding the fact that there are five of them). The accompaniment is a soft guitar driven melody, not unpleasant at all.
The band itself and lyrics don’t appeal and a single video seems a bit stingy.
But, hey, once more it’s free!
I am hoping for a good climax tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
Okay, of you like One Direction then you’ll be over the moon. Otherwise you might be a little disappointed…
